It officially initiated the implementation of the RST, incorporated with Law 1943 or the Financing Law. The Directorate of National Taxes and Customs (DIAN) and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, launched the Simple Tax Regime (RST), which aims to: reduce the formal and substantial burdens of taxpayers, promote formality and facilitate compliance with tax obligations.
